The Journeys ... The last trips

After arriving back from New York, I had a hard time adjusting with living in Switzerland again. Three months into the repatriation process, I just had to go away.

I chose a month long trip to Morocco. The reason being was, that I didn't have too much money, but wanted to go somewhere 'exotic'. Morocco fit that bill nicely

I caught a train from Geneva and swore not to stop traveling before the rain would stop. I eventually got off the train in Marrakesh (well, there were really more than just that one train).

Morocco is a great country to travel in - speaking French obviously helps. From the barren deserts to the mighty Rift mountain range, Morocco offers a lot to the adventurous traveler.

So much, I went back in May 2001 for another one month stint in between jobs.
